Livestream FAQs
In order to access the live stream page you will need to be signed into your account you created when checking out. Our site will know if you purchased tickets and you will be able to see the stream on the day of the show! If you used a separate email on your payment (like on apple pay or paypal) you need to make your account under that email address, you can do so here.

Can I buy tickets for my friends?
Of course! Once you’ve purchased more than one item with a ticket included, just chat us below in the bottom right corner or email tickets@singlemusic.com with your friend’s email, the event name, and an account will be set up for them!
Using Airplay & Casting. Most device-based browsers do not support live-streaming video.
Airplay will activate by sharing the full safari browser (or full computer screen) on desktop, or you will see an icon on mobile.
Casting is possible by casting the full browser window, or right clicking on the player once the video has started.

Yes! Each show will be available for 24hrs after completion on the same page as the livestream!
